To Trust
Planning to build, renovate, or modify a structure in Thailand?
You’ll need a valid Building and Construction Permit to ensure your project follows all Thai building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
The process requires detailed architectural plans, engineering documents, site inspections, and approvals from local municipalities, each with their own requirements and timelines.
For more information on official rules, please visit the Department of Public Works. With SiamConsult as your partner, we ensure it gets right the first time.
We take care of and review your documentation, submit plans to the relevant authorities, and work directly with local officials and contractors.
This keeps your project on track and in full compliance—no stress, no surprises. If an issue arises, we fix it quickly and professionally.
For detailed guidance on compliance and paperwork, see our Due Diligence Thailand page.
From private villas to commercial developments, we help clients across Southern Thailand.

Modify structural elements (columns, beams, load-bearing walls)
