• Health Insurance: You must have valid health insurance that covers inpatient and outpatient treatment in Thailand, with coverage of at least 40,000 Thai Baht (approx. 1,200 USD) for outpatient treatment and 400,000 Thai Baht (approx. 12,000 USD) for inpatient treatment.
• Clean Criminal Record: You must provide a police clearance certificate from your home country stating that you have no criminal record.
• Medical Certificate: A medical certificate from a recognized Thai hospital confirming that you are free from prohibited diseases such as leprosy, tuberculosis, and drug addiction.
• Valid Passport: Your passport must be valid for at least five years from the date of your visa application.
